iMPlayer is our top recommended app. Follow the steps for your device, then sign in with the login details from your activation email (Portal URL, Username and Password).

Fire TV / Firestick
- Install the Downloader app (search for it on your Fire TV) and allow it to install unknown apps: Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options → Install Unknown Apps → Downloader → ON.
- Open Downloader, select the URL box, type the code 82375 and press Go.
- When the download finishes, choose Install.
- Choose Open.
- If asked, choose Allow.
- Scroll past the welcome messages and choose Close.
- Choose Add Playlist.
- Choose XC API as the playlist type.
- Enter any Playlist Name, then your Portal URL, Username and Password. Leave EPG on Playlist and choose Add.
- Wait a moment while your channels and guide load.
- Done! Your channels are ready to watch.
Android TV / Google TV
- On your TV, open the Google Play Store, search for iMPlayer and install iMPlayer TV.
- Open iMPlayer and choose Allow if asked.
- Then follow steps 6 to 11 in the Fire TV section above: close the welcome screen, choose Add New Playlist, choose XC API, and enter your Portal URL, Username and Password. The screens look the same on Google TV.
Apple TV
- Open the App Store.
- Search for iMPlayer and select iMPlayer IPTV Player.
- Choose Get, confirm, then choose Open.
- Choose Add a Playlist.
- Choose XC API, enter your Portal URL, Username and Password, then choose Add Playlist.
- Wait for your channels to load, and you are ready to watch.
iPhone, iPad and Android phones or tablets
Download iMPlayer free from the App Store or Google Play, then follow the same steps: Add Playlist → XC API → enter your Portal URL, Username and Password → Add.
Good to know
- Supported devices: Android TV 7.0+, Android phones/tablets 8.0+, iPhone/iPad iOS 18+, Apple TV 4K tvOS 18+. The older Apple TV HD is not supported — use iMPlayer on an iPhone or iPad, or a Fire TV Stick or Google TV device instead.
- The free version works with our service. It supports one playlist with full TV guide. iMPlayer Premium is optional (adds catch-up, multiple playlists, multiview).
- Updating (Fire TV / APK installs): open iMPlayer → Settings → About → Install.
