1. Agreement
By creating an account, starting a free trial or using any Way Affordable TV service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
2. Our Services
Way Affordable TV provides Premium VPN service, digital subscription plans, pre-configured Android devices and related customer support. Plans differ in features and in how many devices can connect at the same time. Plan details and prices are shown on our website at the time you order.
3. Your Account
You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your login details private. You're responsible for activity on your account. Logins are for your household only and may not be resold or shared publicly.
4. Free Trial
New customers may receive one 24-hour free trial. No payment card is required. We may limit or end trials to prevent abuse.
5. Billing and Renewals
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the billing period you choose (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual) and renew automatically until cancelled. A one-time activation fee may apply to new subscriptions. If a payment is more than 5 days overdue, your service may be suspended until the invoice is paid.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
There are no contracts. You can cancel at any time from your account, and your service stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't provide refunds for unused portions of a billing period. Device and equipment purchases are non-refundable.
7. Premium VPN
Every plan includes our Premium VPN, which encrypts your connection and helps protect your privacy online. You choose a VPN username at checkout. VPN access ends when the plan it came with ends, unless you keep a standalone VPN subscription. You may not use the VPN for illegal activity.
8. Referral Program
Customers can share a personal referral link. A new customer who signs up with that link has their activation fee waived. Once the referred customer has stayed active for 3 months, the referrer receives a one-time $20 account credit, applied to their next invoice. Credits have no cash value. You can't refer yourself or create accounts to earn credits. We may change or end the program at any time, and we may withhold credits obtained through abuse.
9. Devices and Shipping
Device bundles ship pre-configured with your subscription. If there's a problem with your device when it arrives, contact our support team.
10. Service Availability
We work to keep our services available around the clock, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Performance depends on your internet connection, device and other factors outside our control.
11. Acceptable Use
Your use of our services must follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or end your account for unpaid invoices, abuse, or violations of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Way Affordable TV isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. If we make significant changes, we'll post a notice on our website or email you. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the new Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
